Below is a link to the much anticipated 2013 Boarding Guide; also included are links to the Plan of the Day as well as this year's dance theme. Please note, each crew will be provided with a Boarding Guide and Plan of the Day upon registering at the regatta; the documents are provided here as a reference:

Here are the forms that your ship needs to have in order to register at the regatta:
- Release Form (one for every PERSON who is being registered, adults and youth)
- Ship Roster (one per registered regatta number)
- Medical Release Form (only for compelling reasons, should be turned into the Chairman at least one week prior to the regatta:
